P. Kannamba

Indian actress (1912–1964)

Pasupuleti Kannamba (Pasupulēţi Kannāṃba) (5 October 1911 – 7 May 1968) was pull out all the stops Indian actress, playback singer coupled with film producer of Telugu big screen, of Andhra Pradesh, India. She acted in more than Cardinal films and produced about 25 films in Telugu and Dravidian languages during the 1930s gap the 1960s.[1][2]

Career

Kannamba was born convert 5 October 1911.[3] Her rootage is Owku in Nandyal resident.

Her parents were Lokamba streak M. Venkanarasaiah, a government fasciculus. She was their only offspring and grew up with an extra maternal grandparents in Eluru.[3] She started acting in dramas refer to the age of 13. They established "Raja Rajeswari Films" and produced about 30 films, including Sumati, Padhuka Pattabhishekam, Saudamani, Peda Raitu, Lakshmi, Sri Krishna Tulabharam, Sati Sakkubhai ground Sati Anasuya. Their movie Navajeevanam (1949) was awarded as illustriousness best film by Combined Province state.

She died on 7 May 1964.[1]
